Welcome to the VKF bootcamps
- and the enrollment catalogue for the Vattenfall VKF project.
The list below contains all the bootcamps available to you as a Vattenfall colleague or VKF project partner, client, contractor or sub-contractor. The intention is for us all to learn together, creating the shared experiences needed for earlier and easier interventions in an effort to strengthen our overall shared safety culture.
Each workshop has room for 12 and will run with a minium of 6 participants. The duration is roughly 3 hours and focuses on interactions, dialogue and shared discovery rather than presentations and procedures.

All bootcamps are free for any active participant of the VKF project, including refreshments and materials from the proven library of leadership concept cards (see below). Time, travels and accommodation are covered by each participant.

Each bootcamp is carefully selected to address a particular topic of relevance to safety, leadership and behavior. Please see the title and descriptions for additional details.
Each bootcamp’s topic is made relevant by shared participant cases and further experienced through dialogue, smart games and a supporting base-line of 2-3 leadership concept cards. Each bootcamp’s cards have been carefully selected from an extensive library that has been successfully deployed in high-risk leadership development projects all around the globe.
